I plan on building a budget PC in the near future and I selected these parts in particular (I don't plan to overclock):

Let me know what you think! The thing I was also wondering about was the motherboard. If you can find anything cheaper that is just as good that was be fantastic! I don't want to go any higher than $850. I know I'm over that on the link, but like I said, if you know of a different motherboard/anything else on that list, that's a bit cheaper and just as good, I'm all in. I would love any feedback!
Thanks!

You could lower the motherboard to an H97 board or an H87 board. A Z87 board is completely unnecessary for a CPU that is unable to be overclocked. I would recommend a different PSU since the Corsair CX series aren't as good as they should be. Also that build is $900 as you usually won't get the mail in rebates.

Yes, I am going to get the mail-in rebates. I'm quite young and consider myself an amateur at PC building (built 2 really cheap PC's none of which were for myself and myself only.) My parents want to save as much money so we actually send in the mail-in rebates. Yeah we're weird like that.

Much better system, same price.

If you want a motherboard with more features, here's a good one for $75 post rebate:
