For the first time in my life, I just bought myself a high end graphics card, a refurbished Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 on sale to replace my HD 7770. It is this model: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202071

Tried running BF 4 max settings, temperature got to around 76 C. But the entire PC case also heat up that I could smell it.

I guess it is because I don't have proper ventilation and cooling isn't it? This is my first time owning a high end GPU so I am really a total noob.

I'm sharing you guys a pic of my system:

What's your opinion and advice to me?

of couse you wanna extra two or more fans.your video card sucking heat from psu.you may wanna add one fan under the gpu suck air from the case.that red light in front i guess there is a fan right(which way is blowing). there is no fan on that side cover right.is there a grill on the side or no.

There is no fan on the side cover, and there is a small grill. The front fan is blowing outside.

My case is very dusty though after close to 2 years of not cleaning up, do you think this is the real problem?

I'm assuming the larger fan at the rear is exhausting out the back of your case right?

The fan in front of your hdd should be pulling fresh air in. And also with a higher end hotter gpu it might be wise to have a second one pulling in via the front or on the panel.add a Top mounted exhaust fan if your case supports it or another at the rear.

I found so far on my pc that having increased air flow throughout has drastically decreased the temp in my case when it's buttoned up.

Wouldn't hurt to taje some compressed air to it either abd clean er out.
