$500-700 pc build help!

First time builder looking to run SWTOR, BF4, Metro, all other top games. Trying to get 1080p, with at least Medium-High setting.

Purchase Date: Mid September - Early October
Budget: Going around $500-$700 (I could bump it another 50 or so.)
PC Usage: All around PC (mainly gaming) browsing internet, movies, programs (PS, etc.)
Parts Not Needed: Monitor, keyboard and mouse

I've heard Metro Redux is a demanding game for great graphics, so I want to be able to run that on high, at least Medium. Do need Win8. If my budget doesn't match it, I'd still to see what the build is so I can get an idea of how much I should spend on one. Any advice of this would also be great, thanks everyone. (curious to see what a build will be to get smooth Ultra for Metro would look like)

If you don't mind MIR's. You should be able to run all the latest games on high-ultraish 2x AA smoothly with this build no problem :)
