Hello, I am in the market for a new computer. I found a nice desktop manufactured by iBUYPOWER.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227507

As the page says, it has an AMD FX-8320 8-core 3.5 GHz CPU, Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 1GB, 400W PSU, and 8GB DDR3 1600 memory. What's convenient about this computer is that it's also wi-fi enabled, but reading the Customer Q&A, it only goes up to 2 mb/s.

I have two main concerns for this computer, though:
- How many frames will this computer get if I ran BF4 on ultra, high, medium, and low?
- Is the PSU too little for a computer like this? Should I upgrade or is it fine?

Before anyone says it, due to personal concerns, I most likely will not be able to build a computer myself.

Thanks in advance!
- Don

Here's a guide to what hardware you need: http://www.techspot.com/review/734-battlefield-4-benchmarks/page3.html

If you live near NCIX, buy the parts at NCIX and they will put it together for you for a small fee

Here's a guide to what PSUs to get: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html (tier 1 2 or 2 b recomended) Makesure the wattage is good enough with this tool: http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp (and leave at least 100 W or 20% headroom, which ever is more)

That's alright for me, really. As long as it can play a high-end game at low graphics settings I'm 90% sure it can run other games that require less of a computer to play.

As for the PSU, since it's a no-name PSU and supplies only 400W, I guess I should replace it with a new one. Any good ones within the $50 or so price range?

Dude, if you are replacing the PSU for $50, you are paying $740 for the whole thing.

You can build a computer to play games 5x better for the SAME money.

There are plenty of games this will struggle with even at low settings. I own a gtx650 as a backup card and I can promise you plenty of games will not give you a good experience even at lowest settings.

This computer is a HUGE waste of money.
