Current System Specs::::B(
Motherboard (Gigabyte GA-AM1M-S2H)
CPU (AMD 5150 1.6GHZ)
Graphics (No Graphics Card [Integrated Graphics] )
Memory (1x4GB 1600MHZ Kingston HyperX Fury and 1x2GB 1333MHZ Unknown Brand from a HP Pavilion P7-1010t)
HDD (Hitachi 7200RPM 500GB)

I could either buy a graphics card (http://www.microcenter.com/product/411363/GTX650TI-OC-2GD5_NVIDIA_GeForce_GTX_650Ti_OC_2048MB_GDDR5_PCIe_30_x16_Video_Card#)
OR
one of these bundles (http://www.microcenter.com/site/products/amd_bundles.aspx)

im worried about my current cpu bottlenecking the video card
any advice is appreciatedd

Edit: The two fx 6300 series...

Edit: The two fx 6300 series processor with the free mobo also seems enticing.

Yes that CPU will bottleneck the gpu you are interested in. I would save up a but more money and just upgrade the whole system (CPU, mobo, GPU and RAM). Get another 4gb stick of that ram and you'll have more than enough memory.
