Greetings. I have a quick and small question: can I use one 1866 and two 1600 RAM sticks at the same time? I mean, put them all together in a rig. Sorry for my English. Thank you all in advance

Solution
If you have them, give em a try, will prob default to 1333 or 1066 depending on the mobo, so would try running at 1600, if any problems give a shout and include mobo, CPU and DRAM model #s

Here's my specs: MB B75A-G43 - CPU E3-1220v2 - RAM : 4GB DDR3 bus 1866 + 2x2GB DDR3 bus 1600.

When I use the 1866 alone, it runs at 1600, so I thought it would work perfectly with the 1600s. It'd be great if you can confirm it'd work, or the rig would be on fire and jumping around ( just kidding :p)

No fire, no theatrics, they may or may not play together, if they don't want to we can try adjusting some voltage and timings if needed, your mobo is rated up to 1600 I believe, so adding the others may pop up and all be at 1333, then can manually try 1600, give it a try and if no joy let me know the model #s and I can suggest some manual settings ;)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277 - this is the 1600

I have a strong feeling that these would work well :p
