PC get rebooting automatically before windows 7 logo starting up what will be the possible problem and what to do?

Dear Sir,
I am trying to statrt PC but before opening of windows it is restarted automatically even tried for several times please suggest what need to be check.

How far does it get into the boot process? Does it take you to the manufacturer's splash screen? CPU could be overheating and shutting down on you.

is this a new fresh installed copy of windows or did you move the drive with windows over from another computer or change out the motherboard??

indeed. I had a similar problem when changing my hard drive from an intel to an amd computer. Have you changed computers recently? and on a side note, do you have a spare hard drive?
