Hello,

I recently built my first PC, and I have an Nvidia GT 640 in my main PCI-E Slot. I got a hold of an old Radeon PCI card, and I was wondering if I could install it along with my GT 640 to achieve a 3rd VGA monitor. My motherboard is a Gigabyte 78LMT-S2. I'm not planning on SLI-ing them.

I apologize for my noobiness :p

Not sure about a PCI card, but you should be able to use a second x16 PCIe to drive a different monitor with a different GPU.

If that old card really is pci, then as long as windows has drivers you can.

Don't do it. Even if it were possible, it would be more headache than its worth.
