Would like to install a PNY XLR8 pro 120GB SSD, to my existing desktop as a dedicated OS drive. Running Windows 7 ultimate, 32bit on the desktop. I have the product key (on the sticker) for the OS, but I do not have the system disc as the OS was preloaded. How do I get the OS from the hdd and on to the new ssd without the disc? Is there a step by step available out there? Thanks in advance to the community for any help provided.

You can still download iso files for different Windows 7 versions through Digital River (official Microsoft files). Here's a link to a page that lists the links to different versions: http://www.heidoc.net/joomla/technology-science/microsoft/14-windows-7-direct-download-links or direct link to the iso (Win 7 SP1 Ultimate x64 en-us) http://msft.digitalrivercontent.net/win/X17-59465.iso. I would recommend a fresh install when moving to a ssd. Burn the iso file to a dvd, or unpack the files to a usb stick.
