I'm thinking about buying 2x GTX GeForce 780ti.. Though I don't know weather to wait until they release something new for when the witcher 3 comes out.. What are people's thoughts on this ?

Wait for the new Maxwell cards coming out in the next couple of months. You might end up being able to getting 90% of 780ti performance for a lot less money.
