Urgent! Can someone help me?

Hello guys, today my computer is going to be made but i would like to know something about my case the corsair 450d.
I'm not getting any more fans than the stock ones it comes with 2 in the front and 1 in the rear. Now, my question is, should i ask for getting 2 exaust fans and 1 intake or should i leave it how it is? should i run positive or negative.
i know negative i better for cooling but gets more dust, will the front dust filter hold all of it?

Overlocked i only have the i5 4690k which i think overclocks automatically when needed.
But i just wanted to know if its better running positive or negative on this specific case with all the dust filters it has.
Positive is better for less dust but negative is better for cooling. if the dust filters are good enough, negative should be much better but i dont know if they can keep all the dust out
