best pc for gaming for and 3d rendering for 1500$ budget without peripherals

well i am a beginner in this pc parts , but my priority is strong processor and graphic card, because i need this pc 3d moduling and rendering (sketch up,lumion. revit,3dsmax,photoshop.....)
i also want to play games (callofduty,crisis,battlefield,..... )

You can also get rid of the cpu cooler and get a 780ti with the money, or better yet, save for the 900 seriwes to come out, they'll knock down 700 prices too

thanks every one for the suggestions , i clearly will go with i7-4790k, but what about radeon R9 290X , i prefer to go with nvidia but as i told u iam not an expert ,
and i dont need optical drive i already have external bluer-ray read/write

Anything up from 280X or 770 will be good for gaming, 290X is a beast gaming GPU, and some programs like Vegas Pro (video rendering not 3D modelling) likes AMD a lot in terms of GPU acceleration, while others don't. Most 3D modelling softwares like CUDA cores' graphic computing power a lot, a GTX 780 will be a good choice :)
