Absolute max settings? No. Not at a good framerate, Watch_Dogs has terrible optimization for PC.
It is unoptimized, but just for AMD cards. Setting the same options on both cards and using single gpu systems, a medium-high tier Nvidia has almost the same performance of the AMD flagship on that game.

He'll probably run it maxed out. Maybe it'll dip into the 45 fps range on particularly heavy moments.

Sorry, I don't follow youtubers, or youtube generally anyway. If it wasn't for a 5 second Google search, I wouldn't have even known who he was.

Also, SLI Titan? If you asked me, it's his fault for ditching money into overpriced hardware with catchy name and flashy looks :p

Edit: trying to clear sarcasm misunderstandings with CrispyChips over PMs to avoid further thread hijacking.

Now that Nvidia TITANS,which are VERY similar to 780ti's in performance, fail at producing desirable framerates it's not an "AMD/Nvidia Optimization" problem, its a problem with "Overpriced hardware with a catchy name"?

Nice try,Ubisoft Rep.
