Keyboard stays lit, flashing every second or so after computer shuts down.

Hello,

I am having an issue with my computer that I just cannot seem to get figured out. I have a Logitech G15 keyboard and the ASRock Z97 Extreme 6 motherboard. When I shut my computer down, they keyboard stays lit and seems to flash about every second. When I touch a key, the computer boots back up. I have checked in the BIOS/UEFI and I have not been able to find anything relating to this particular issue. I do believe that the setting to wake from LAN, USB, and PCIe all have been disabled.

I can only imagine that this is some kind of motherboard issue. Any assistance or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I have also tried moving the keyboard's USB to a different USB port and the keyboard no longer wakes the computer from being off when keys are pushed, the keys are still lit as if the computer is turned on.
