Motherboard support Socket AM3 125watt CPU?

I have an MSI 760GM-P33 Motherboard.
Will my MSI Motherboard support an AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2 GHz Soket AM3 125 Watt Quad Core Processor?

Thanks for the help.I checked the CPU support chart and it only lists CPU's up to 95 watts.That tells me I cannot use a CPU that runs on 125watts.

No 125w FX CPU's can run on that board.

Phenom II X4 Deneb x955 200 3.20 2M 6M C3 95 < Is compatible it's on the list.
