can i run nfs rivals in my low end pc?

my specs: intel pentium dual core e5200@2.50ghz processor,2gb ddr2 ram,nvdia gt520,windows 8.1 core can i run nfs rivals on my pc?and is there a problem on running it because some say if you run it in your pc it will damage your pc.

There's no reason it should damage your hardware as long as your PC has adequate cooling, but it will run like garbage on that hardware. That being said, NFS: Rivals runs like garbage on any hardware as its capped at 30 FPS.
