new pc, no screen, no bleeps HELP ?!?!

Hi,

Yesterday i built a new pc. When i tried to start it, I did not got any bleeps nor post. I tried a lot of things but nothing worked.

I tried without RAM but even then it didn't bleeped.
I also tried to use the on board gpu instead of my AMD R9 270 but still nothing.
I also tried another psu, still nothing.
so it might be the mobo or cpu.
any tips?

specs:
Cpu: AMD FX6300
Gpu: AMD R9 270 2g (msi)
psu: cooler master G600
mobo: AsRock 960GM/U3S3
RAM: Crucial ballistix sport 2x4 gb

Hi it sounds like a dead motherboard but search for some other facts when you turn on the pc you mean it doesnt work like you have no power ?you get a message at your screen ? like no signal?

It says no signal, i tried a different monitor and a different port (onboard vga) (pci-e hdmi) nothing works. I think im going to send my motherboard and cpu back and ask for new ones :/
