I bet it is down to the MS-TECH MS-N850-VAL.

Just did a Google and seems it is "value brand" psu and a lot of sites say it has issues providing 400w of juice never minde 850w and unstable.

Time to replace ?

Kernel power error 41 is a bad psu or memeory. I had this issue and it was my ram. It could be the ram on. The card but highly unlikely

yea psu likely also try memtest. get some sort of 80+ psu from corsair or evga or seasonic. Also pny, kingston, corsair, and most other name brands make pretty decent ram

Well guys i think i know the problem like the most said PSU i just looked at the box of the graphics card the min specs etc on the box its says a minium 12v current rating 42a

http://s28.postimg.org/gfua6y2v1/IMG_0414_1.jpg pic of the box

and this is from my psu http://postimg.org/image/h3t94vpkd/f1fc3324/ the 12v current rating is only 27a i think this is defo the thing why its crash when playing games with the card thats not getting enough power to play games for long and prob like what das_stig said that it only makes like 400watt if im correct :)
