Hello all,
I've slowly started to get various PC issues in the past couple of weeks. I have also spent whole week researching various forums about what could be wrong, but couldnt pinpoint the problem..

i) System specs.:

- MSI H55M-P31 motherboard
- I7-860 @ 2.8Ghz (Was OC'ed to 3.5Ghz at 1.2V before problems started, now reverted back to default BIOS settings)
- RAM 4x2 sticks (8GB total), 1333 Mhz
- Sapphire HD7950 3GB Dual-X, factory OC
- 600w PSU, unkown brand

- I bought this pre-build PC 4 years ago, added 2x2GB RAM, two 12cm fans powered from PSU, Thermaltake Contac 30 CPU cooler (upgraded from stock) and this GPU (upgraded from Radeon HD6850 1GB). I installed those upgrades in the last 5 months.

ii) Problems:

- When I push the Turn-on button, PC reboots up to 5 times before booting to BIOS screen and windows. On succesfull boot there is one beep (as ussual) and no extra beeping which would suggest component failure.

- PC cannot restart, it just shuts down.

- Overall slower performance

- Sometimes PC freezes/lock-up when running Prime95 (temps: 33'C idle, 65'C at max load)

iii) Things I tried:

- Checked 3.3V, 5V, 12V in BIOS. Voltages are stable and constant, they dont even change for 0,001V.

- RAM: Ran memtest a whole day, ran Memory Diagnostic tool: No errors. Also removed and switched around the sticks, no difference. RAM should be fine.

- Ran ProcessExplorer while playing Planetside 2 (MMOFPS). Game(s) are very laggy, constantly shooting FPS from 1-60, game telling me that GPU is bottlenecking, the next second its the CPU bottlenecking. Yet in processexplr. GPU load is 40% average, no spiking, CPU load is 35% (should be higher) average, no spiking.

This gives me the feeling that PSU is not providing enough juice to components when under load.
I dont have a spare PSU to test it out..

iiii)I'm not sure

Can you provide me some help with what could be the cause of this.?
I have pretty low budged ~100eur - due to most of the money going for treatment for chronic illness.

I'm sorry for the long post. Any help would be extremely appriciated!
