I keep changing my mind on what I want to do. I'm trying to find a PSU for a build something like this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/4kDbRB I saw the OCZ PSUs (most of them) in the tier 2 class A on the PSU tier chart. When I went searching for them, I found a lot of PSUs by "FirePower Technologies". Upon doing a little online searching, I found this on OCZ website: http://ocz.com/consumer/support/warranty (under the Power Supply heading). It basically says OCZ and PC Power and Cooling PSU divisions were bought by FirePower Technologies. So my question is this, under the new company should the PSUs by OCZ and PC Power and Cooling still be considered the same tiers as before, do adjustments need made? I found this today http://www.amazon.com/FirePower-80Plus-Bronze-Fully-Mod... and basically just want to make sure it's still a good deal and good PSU that is tier 2 A. Thanks in advance!

The ZT\ZS series are good supplies and Firepower is just selling them they are the same units , just rebranded.

Thanks guys. Blackbird, that's exactly what I was looking to know. Damric, that looks like a solid PSU and thanks for the recommendation, but I think for $25 more I'll stick with the OCZ for 100w more (just in case) and fully modular; $60 still feels like an absolute steal on that.
