Is the MSI H97 GAMING 3 compatible with factory overclocked parts?

I'm building my first gaming/video editing PC and I was interested in the MSI H97 motherboard, as it's significantly cheaper than any of the Z97 versions (and I don't plan on using SLI). The MSI H97 isn't made for overclocking, which I don't intend to do myself, but does this also apply to factory overclocked parts?

I was planning on getting the following parts (which are both factory overclocked if I understand correctly):

- Intel Core i7-4790K
- MSI GeForce GTX 770 Gaming

And the following RAM, which I read DDR3-1600 is supported by the MSI H97:

- Crucial 16 GB DDR3-1600

I also plan on using a headset without USB, because the motherboard has an integrated amplifier which should suffice.

Will these parts work well with the MSI H97?
Any other comments on these parts?

Thanks!

All of these parts should work just fine. The factory overclock parts are those which are already increased in performance from the manufacturer for the people whose motherboard doesn't allow or for those people who doesn't know how to do it. And that Ram and headset should also work fine with that motherboard. Cheers.
