windows 7 administrator installation problems

i have been having a installation error where if i try to install software it will come up with an error in the image.
it says i need administrator privileges to install this and that i need to become an administrator.
i have done some research and it says in the windows 7 profile settings i am an admin and i am the only user on this computer of mine which is custom built.
i am not sure what this could be? could this be an registration error?
windows 7 profile error? if anyone can help i will be greatfull.

i have tried that, doesn't work and automatically files/apps ask me to run as a admin and i select yes and it loads up and won't install, google doesn't have the answer to this and i tried cross searching the error on google using image finder thingy and nothing came up =S

Don't use 'image finder', use the exact text string.
