Hi,
My system turned off directly without proper shutdown. The next time I booted it stuck on windows 7 logo screen. I also tried safe mode but it also stucks after loading drivers.I ensure that my HDD is not defective because I have two OS in my PC in which the windows 8 boots up and does everything correctly.
I recently installed the AVG 2014 internet security on windows 7 and during the defragmentation scan the system turned of incorrectly.
Please help me to solve this problem. How to make my windows 7 boot normally?
