How do you get the AMD gift coupon when you buy from newegg?

Hey guys,
I got the r9 270 as a gift recently and it was purchased from newegg but I couldn't find the coupon in the card box. How exactly do you get the coupon?

They usually send along with the item in the same box. You should contact their customer support for assistance.

It doesn't come inside of the card box. It comes on a waver that is inside of the newegg box (not the GPU box). Go ask the person who gave it to you to see if they still have the newegg box. If they don't try to get the invoice and see if newegg will provide you with another.
