As far as your specs are, it's compatible, but you'll get a bottleneck. What PSU do you have is the most important question.

If that's the wattage, it most likely means it has no PCI-E cables. You need to pick up a new one. You can pick up a Corsair CX430 for the bare minimum of what you need. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

u mean the power supply cord that comes with graphic card?
or that the psu will not support the graphic card

The PSU will not support the graphics card. You need that CX430 at a bare minimum.
