I'm happy to buy second hand off eBay or wherever.
I currently have a system with an r9 290, AMD 5800k APU ,400W PSU and 8gb g skill 2400mhz RAM

with £300 (once again I don't mind buying second hand to maximise value for money)
I would like the fastest intel processor and board I can afford which will accept the 2400mhz ram

I also need a good PSU to replace the 400W which is obviously under powered for a r9 290 (system actually runs fine though and I haven't had any issues)

What processor, micro ATX motherboard and psu should I look at buying?
might be able to increase budget a little from sale of old components also

For the psu is 750watts a bit much,but...
