Opinions on my 1000 USDish build

Will be purchasing this build soon. I have a few questions.
1- Will I be able to OC the build with the cooler I have?
2- Will this build run modern games on high-ultra with 60fps+?
3- HAF 912 vs Zalman Z11?
4- What is your opinion of this build?

Change to a z97 motherboard.

Change PSU to Antec, XFX, Seasonic.

Yes you can overclock with that cooler for sure.

Both cases are good, but I would personally get the 912.

It has better airflow (doesn't matter, as the other case has fine airflow) but it has more space inside and is easier to build in.
