Either contact Dell and get the restore discs or check the drive itself for a hidden restore partition. Some prebuilt machines have an option during boot to restore to factory state, but I wouldn't count on that helping you.

You do know that this will delete all of your files on the machine, don't you?

Yes I know it will delete all files and i have tried the F8 boot there is no system restore or repair that I can find, was hoping there was another way without purchase of disk due to not going to be using anymore and wanting to donate

If Dell supplies the disks they should be free or cheap, like shipping-only, not like a new XP license.
