So i recently ordered parts for a new pc that im building. It started out with only the internal parts coming. So i breadboarded the machine in a vain attempt to get it to work without the case and i put the mobo on the packaging it came in, the sleeve thing. This didnt work and it just restarts every 3 seconds. I managed to get a case and the same restarting thing happens. All the components are seated properly and the stand offs are fine. The 24 pin and 8 pins are connected but it just keeps restarting. I have the beep speaker and when i turn it on i get 2 short close together beeps then a pause then i get another beep and then it restarts. The ram is also placed correctly and is working as i have tried it in another machine.
Any thoughts?
