Help, will this PSU support crossfire

hi, i have a really good deal sitting in my shopping cart is bout to expire but was wondering if this PSU would support 3way crossfire. it says it can do sli but i dont see crossfire. i thought power was power sorta speak brand name

That would depend on the cards being CrossFired. I wouldn't recommend that PSU though, [strike]only B/G/P/T2 units from EVGA are good.[/strike]

well these high end psu's some say they support sli and no mention of crossfire i wonder if that be a problem or is it just marketing stuff

wonder if with a quality goild efficiency and a 4790k overclocked so say a 100watt CPU coupled with 3x radeon 280x stock if i could squeze by with a high quality 850watt psu?

my problem is i want to get a small computer case in the future id use 2x high powered graphics cards for now maybe 3 radeon 280xc since i have 2 already. 1000watt psu seem to bew a bit large at 7.83 inches and 9lbs.

I'd recommend at least 1200W for three R9 280X cards.
