Games I would play: Diablo 3, StarCraft 2, probably Dragon Age 3 and some modern MMOs.

I prefer a modular PSU and I was deciding between Antec HCG-520M and Seasonic M12II-520 when I saw the Seasonic 620 is just a few bucks more than the 520 one (Newegg).

For the graphic card, I prefer Nvidia but the AMD ones seems to be a better bang for the buck? I'm not sure. I could also wait for a few days to see how the new AMD card hold up?

Open to all suggestions that will fit my build. Thanks :D

Build looks great. It will max all those games. It should run all other SSS games at a mix of High and Max settings.

600-650w is appropriate, and will run even a GTX780ti.
Seasonic is about the best quality out there.
If you want modular, here is a modular version at about the same price:

As to the graphics card, a R9-280 class card is appropriate.
I happen to like Nvidia better though.

You could save a bit with a Samsung EVO. The advantage of PRO is longer endurance, but both will be obsolete before they wear out.

Thanks everyone... the psu linked on the 3rd and 4th post is actually the one in my part list though :p
I went with the SeaSonic M12II-620, though I was a little worried about the bunch of DOA's in the recent Newegg reviews...
