i would recommend i5 cpu and a Adata ram

if you are just getting it for gaming so i5 4440 will be good if u are not going to be over clocking and Adata 8gb ram will be better .. i don't want to be disappointing but what u said about fx 6300 is not very good for ultra settings gaming ..

yes i5 4440 would be much better than fx 6300 in gaming and in general performance.
you cannot overclock the i5 4440 its a locked CPU only K version cpu can be overclocked and yes adata ram would be good.
