I have an Emprex LCD that has four round holes in the back. What kind of tool do I need to remove the cover?

Those 4 holes are probably the VESA mount holes. Taking the actual back off is different.

Look up the service manual. That should tell you how to remove the back.

Yes, that's true, my mistake. I see another small rectangular hole toward the bottom on the right, it has a "K" and a picture of a lock. Is that what I need to open?

Without a pic or link to the service manual, all I can say is 'unknown'.

I suggest you post the EXACT model of the monitor rather than just the brand. Or even better yet take a picture of the rear of the monitor and post it here.

That way we can end this cycle of you fumbling around to find the right spots to take off the back of the monitor.

Model number is Emprex LE22A3, as far as I can see on back are the 4 mounting holes and at the bottom is a security K lock hole. I don't see any other screws. Maybe that means it has to be pryed open?
