Ok, so I can't seem to get this figured out.

I've got 2 different GPU's, one plugged in as as a gaming screen, the other for whatever else.

I'm having trouble creating two different setups, for different purposes:
Scenario 1: I want to play music and game sound through both monitors, even though on seperate GPU's.
Scenario 2: I want to game on one screen with audio isolated to the game, and on the other, I want my movies/videos sound playing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Scenario 1: Audio splitters in a nutshell. This is assuming that the monitors in question can receive an audio signal independant of video (ie, they have an input 3.5mm jack).
Scenario 2: You just plain cant, Windows does not support multiple simultaneous audio streams.
