Can any body help me with this issue.

I rarely have an internet issue.

My Arris tm502g just auto resets it self for no reason at all.Just at random. While playing online games.

Downstream
Freq/Power: 729.000 MHz 2 dBmV
Signal to Noise Ratio: 36 dB
Modulation: QAM256
Upstream
Freq/Power: 25.000 MHz 48 dBmV
Channel Type: Mixed (TDMA and ATDMA)
Symbol Rate: 2560 kSym/sec
Modulation: QAM64
It has been only System Uptime: 6 days 21h:3m:0s since the last time it reset on its own.

What other logs are needed.

The modem should not reset on its own. Call your ISP, explain the issue, and see if they offer any explanation such as recent work in the area. Otherwise, your modem needs to be swapped out.

They found out what it was the modem or connections kept giving a 4% packet loss this caused my modem to reset it self.I spent an hour on the phone and to day they came out and fixed the issue.I knew it was not my computer system. They Replaced the main line going into the house and replaced the ends of the cables.Never had an issue with the TV just the modem side.Armstrong cable is a very good company.I rarely see an issue with them.
