Hi guys i recently built my own PC its working great now one problem that i am coming across is the resolution keeps on changing while i play 1080p videos. what i mean by changes it stays at 1920x1080 but the picture is going out of view like it has been zoomed.I set my resolution to 1920 x 1080 to see if it would fix the problem, but it still zooms in. It zooms in everything, even my taskbar so I can only see half of the icons. Is there anyway to fix this?
I have my PC hooked up to a Sony Bravia TV

Might be it's just a software problem that isn't detecting your best resolution. Check settings on your video playback media software and set to 1080p. After reviewing the hardware I'm 100% sure that disabling one of those gtx's will fix all your problems.

What's your current OS?

That's an awful lot of GFX power to be playing on a 1080p tv, you should be able to game at 4k with that setup.
It would be extremely helpful, if you post your system specs next time! The generic solution for now: open the gaphics friver options (NVIDIA control panel or Catalyst control center or the Intel menu) and search for the over-/underscan parameter. Whatever it is set to at the moment, change it until you see the entire desktop on the TV.
