I cant watch anyone live stream without is stuttering so badly, Im getting Video FPS 2.42?, What does the mean?.

My connection has gone to shit meaning my upload speed is only 0.5 ...., Is this the problem?.

that upload is horrible and yes it will cause issues.

have you run your antivirus and malewarebytes to see if you have other issues

Yes, most of your issue is your internet connection, and probably not your PC having a hard time buffering the video. Your upload speed has nothing to do with the quality as far as I know, but your download does, and you're maxed out at 1.085 megabytes/ps. Your ISP, and Speedtest, measure in Megabits just an FYI.

computer spec? could be your pc or the source. It is just live stream having issue? youtube work fine?

I dont have a clue how it happend, I updated my shitty graphic card drivers and my internet connection went to shit so i done a system restore and now its fine without any problem, I dont know what it was, It might of been my providor, I dont have a clue what it was but now the upload speed has gone back up.

Ps im downloading updates for league of legends right now so my download speed might be low and yes my internet connection sucks dick xD

My connection right now is fine, I could not watch any videos what so ever, Not even Youtube,Twitch and i really mean no videos on the internet without it stuttering like crazy but the sound to the videos was fine, I was shitting myself in case my pc was going to die, Its like new lol.

AMD FX 4130 3.8GHz
8GB of ram
Radeon HD 5450 (pls dont laugh) -.- Pssttt im upgrading to a Sapphire R7 260x when it comes

Asrock N68-VS3 FX (Motherboard)
2 500GB harddrives, (1 for my programes and 1 for my games)
