how much does the AA matters in 1080p games couse the picture on HD monitor is probably sharp (i dont own one so i dont know and did not pay to much attention) so is it a big difference betwen AA ON and OFF in 1080p Gaming?

i ask this couse i want to buy a new monitor 21"5' (Full HD (dont know if the symbols are right)) and i know that GTX 760 OC is not that powerfull enough to give very good result on Full HD 1080p all the whistles and bells on some GPU intensive game

More about : anti aliasing

A 760 is strong enough for 2X MSAA or 8X FXAA. As long as its not on SMAA or 4X+ MSAA then you can leave AA on. If you leave AA off on 1080p there is very noticeable aliasing; usually on a 20"+ viewing area is where it starts to stick out. If I wasn't on vacation I would take some screenshots for you but I don't have a 1080p monitor nearby. Just my 720p laptop screen.

Here read this. It somewhat relates to your question.

Okay the TV here at the beach house is 1080p. Here is Far Cry 3 @ 1080p on the Ultra presets with HDAO.

4X MSAA

2X MSAA

No MSAA or antialiasing at all

Yes that power supply is very competent and should be able to give ample amounts of voltage without stressing itself out. And thank you :)
