A couple months ago I noticed that my cursor in windows and in games was making very jagged movements. Someone told me to raise the DPI and lower the overall cursor speed. I did that and it seemed like it went away. Now the problem is back and I can't figure out what to do. When I move my cursor slowly I bounces around alot but is moving in the direction it should. In games when I look around slowly it makes 60fps look like 30fps and the jagged movement causing shaking as well. Is there anything I can do about this?
EDIT: So I tested the mouse in a friends laptop and there was no angle snapping. The cursor was not jagged and the mouse worked just fine. So it must be something on my computer. I'm on a computer I built and I'm using Windows 70 Ultimate 64-bit. Does anyone know a way to resolve this without reinstalling windows?
