Hey there toms hardware people! I've come here today to discuss something regarding a PC I'm building. Well I've got a random GT 610 lying around which with my knowledge I believe that would be a good card to make a quiet HTPC, and some old computers lying around so I thought I'd fix one of them up and turn it into a HTPC and sell it off for profit. However to get the most out of my money, I thought I'd look for advice on parts as I have never build a HTPC specifically before so I'm not sure what the best desicion would be. So basically my question is what parts (RAM, CPU, Mobo, Cooling) Would you suggest to complete my HTPC build while keeping cost in mind.
