So a couple of days ago I restarted my computer, nothing special just a normal restart. When it came back up I tried to play CS:GO and noticed that sometimes some of my keys would "stick." Not physically but would act as though the key was still being pressed. Also I noticed that sometimes the keys weren't being registered at all. I thought it was just the game so I restarted the client but it persisted. I tried to see if it was my keyboard by typing in word or just normal use, but the problem was not there. I did about three hours of research and couldn't find anything on what it is or how to fix it.
