Hey,

Im not a noob from doing this but i got my PC built for me for £400 and the heatsink master cool iv never seen before, Its not one of the old black things in each corner, Its a metal thing.

I followered a video and do everything but it seems its stuck to the CPU, I dont want to do any harm to the CPU.

My heatsink master cooler has alot of dust in the heatsink and its making my pc make a huge buzzing sound and freezes then restarts.

Im sure its the dust, I can see alot of dust but i cant remove it, It seems stuck!

if it's stuck........... best to run the machine to heat it up. it will "loosen" the paste ( make it more pliable ) shut down and while still warm........ release the hold downs and slightly wiggle the heat sink left and right while applying somewhat moderate upward pull.
