What is the best video card under $750?

The GTX780Ti is though I never heard of the one you linked to.

It is either the Nvidia GTX 780Ti or the AMD R9 290X. You could also consider a SLI of the GTX 770 or a Crossfire of the R9 280.

If you go with Asus, then it is a must to go with the Direct CU II if you want a cheaper one. But the Matrix is the best series by Asus for graphics card but it comes with a cost.

And if you could spare $250 more you could get an R9 295x2 which has way better temps and noise and nearly double the performance of the 780 ti. Otherwise the best card woul be a 780ti.
