Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

Yes booting in safe mode might help this, cause it could be a driver issue.

Just to check, how long is the computer on before this happens and what are you doing when it happens? Overheating can cause this stuff to happen also so its always good to double check the heat also.

yeah i'm having a hard time with this issue as it only happen once a day, i have updated all my drivers from audio to bios. so its either a mobo problem. not sure. but it will either freeze or reboot or when ever i exit a game it would reboot or have a blank screen and it will recover. not BSOD just plain black screen. its really random i could be using the computer for 7 to 8 hrs with no problem and once it does it only happen once.

what can i exactly do in safe mode? do i just run my computer in safe mode forever? its so random, i can use my computer for 4 to 5 hours and then i would turn it off when i'm done and i soon as i turn it back on with in a couple of hours it would reboot it self.

i just change the mobo and did a clean install, downloaded all the drivers and started playing one of my games (far cry 3) 10 mins in the game and it reboot it self. tomorrow i'm going to try a different power supply.

specs are i7 3930k
psu antec high current 1300w
mbo asus rampage 4 black edition
16gb ram
1 tb samsung ssd
cpu water block with custom loop

Doesn't sound like a motherboard issue really, but those are some big pieces so heat could still be the problem. Especially if you have a big GPU inside. Even with the water cooler. Do you have a lot of fans on your case?

PSU is a good thing to check also, so hopefully that will fix it.

did you even try boot in safe mode.if its takes long time to load it means the Windows drivers corrupted or you have a virus.

going to be replacing the psu and change the gpu also.
