The R9-280X cards the Gigabyte runs a bit loud but so do most of the cheaper ones. The best one is the ASUS card but it's $40 more.

I'm seriously concerned about the reliability of some of these cards so choose carefully.

You could run pretty much ever game out today, but if I were you I would squeeze an extra $20 and replace the GTX 670 with a R9 280x. The 280x is faster and it also has 3GB RAM which could help with certain games.
