Hi,
So recently a lot of things have been happening with my Nvidia display driver. It started playing up about 2 weeks ago. It stopped responding randomly and my screen would go black and my mouse would freeze. I took it to the store that I bought my parts from and they fixed it temporarily. About 1 week ago it started doing the same thing. Now it seems fine for normal use (watching videos etc.) but whenever I do something that is a bit more than that it will happen (even opening multiple tabs will trigger it). Also, when I play games like CS:GO it will open it and run it for about 20 seconds, then my game will freeze and the program will stop responding and occasionally I will get the black screen. Similiar things happen when playing LoL too.

Specs:
Nvidia GeForce GTX 660
Intel Core i5-4440 3.10GHz
8GB Ram
64-bit Windows 7
PSU came with my Thermaltake Versa II (500W)

Also, I have never over clocked.
Thanks in advance.

Edit 1: I have tried like 10 different drivers and none work
Edit 2: Low graphics games like RoboCraft work

You can try updating to the latest driver beta version, or rolling back the drivers to a previous version to see if that fixes anything.
You can do this by visiting Nvidia's website and sifting through drivers.

I agree with morgilroka. I would try doing that it could be as simple as a error with a recent update or even needing to be updated. If you haven't already I recommend downloading GeForce Experience it informs you when there are new updates to be installed and help you manage you GPU. However some GPUs aren't supported.
