ok.. I think your power button is short i.e the wires connecting your power button to motherboard are short circuited. Well to check if this is the case, you can remove the wire from the motherboard. One small question though, does it start everytime?

That settles it, It seems like there is some short circuiting happening in your system. If you are ok with opening your CPU then follow the following instructions:
1. Turn off everything and remove all the cords from the back of the CPU.
2. Open the case of your cabinet( You might need to unscrew some screws at the back of the cabinet)
3. Now look where your power button is, from that button a wire should be going into your motherboard.
4. Remove that wire's connection from the motherboard. on the connector check if PWR is written. If that so, then you have removed the correct wire.
5. Try booting your system now with the PWR wire still removed.

Let me know of the result so that I can help you further.

Thanks

Sorry, but... why is it weird that your PC starts up every time you push the button? That`s what it`s there for, so it`s doing it`s job properly.
I really thing you just have the Wake-up-on-LAN settings configured, so you should play with this.

Just go through the settings, try what I told you, and we`ll check some more afterwards.
