Battlefield 4 ultra settings look low?

So I posted this on the battlefield forums and they were useless, just straight out ignored. I was wondering if any of you guys know what's happening, if it's my hardware or drivers or if it's a bugged game. When I set the settings to ultra I get the performance hit of ultra but i know it isn't, some textures are just plain with minimal lighting and the foliage looks 2d and awful. I'm really frustrated at the moment as I have no idea how to fix this!

The Ultra that doesn`t work to some people is just the Terrain Decoration , that i suggest you leave it on Low, you don`t want your enemy that`s playing with Low settings to see you clearly and you can`t see him because you have nice grass or w/e on your screen. Ultra in BF4 is overrated.

Please continue playing on ultra as I continually blast your ass while I play on low. But seriously anyone that wasn't to be good plays on low plus a few things pushed up.

yeah, uh I'm going to be recording gameplay, and bought hardware specifically to run the game on ultra, I didnt spend £1000 to run bf4 on low :/

1. Nobody gives a <<edited for inappropriate language>> about grass when they will be watching your videos
2. Your gameplay will suck, since when you know you`re hidden in the bushes you are actually not!
3. I have hardware to play all Ultra but still set this crap Terrain Decoration to low because of the above, even Effects Quality since they impact FPS like hell and you can`t see shit in a Tank/LAV while APS is on and you`re being hit.
4. See other BF4 youtubers, none are playing all Ultra even with dual GTX780 in their systems just because of the above.

even on ultra the graphics suck. BF3 has better graphics

im sorry but i dont care about an opinion, i'm here for a solution. Its not just terrain either, buildings look awful as well. I could deal with it if it were just terrain.

Then there`s something <<edited for inappropriate language>> up in your system, can you post pictures about it ? There are subtle changes between Ultra and Medium , because between High and Ultra you won`t see about any difference.
