I have Inno3d GTX 750 ti with Base Clock 1045 and Boost clock 1111 but goes actually 1189

So increase Memory clock from 2700 to 3150
And Clock speed to +125 and got 1315 but then it sometimes dropped to 1306. Then i decreased 25 and it stayed solid at 1289Mhz.

Temps Max was 70 degrees.

What are your settings?
And is it important for clock speed to stay same or it can fluctuate.

No, actually there is electric problem in my house because my ups battery is out of charge and taking all the load.

So i believe there is TDP limit. Due to which clocks fall back.

Anyways this was just a test of OCing my card in future ( November) Right now i run Ultra 60+ fps 720p

The clock speed will fluctuate based on temperature and power target. If your card reaches its power target (only like 40w on the stock bios), or the temperature throttle threshold then it will clock down in steps.

Its not a thermal throttle but a power target, As my new and first fan curve gpu stood below 60 degrees.
So it only takes 40w? wtf how to make it 60w? shit man

Download the bios from your card using GPU-z, mod the power target like it shows in the blog using Kepler bios tweeker, then flash it back to the card using NVFlash.

Is it safe?
My clocks are stable are 1289Mhz , which is almost 1.3Ghz , Memory Clock is also 6300Mhz.
I dont want to void my warranty yet.

Well its a waste of time testing it without your power being restored. And then you need to stress test to see if the overclock will hold.

Wow , i reduced freaking 12 degrees at idle by fa curve and adding another 120mm fan at the side.

I ran Furmark everything was fine ,temps were below 60 degrees. So now i turned back to stock. The test was fine
