I've had my acer aspire netbook for about 3 years working fine. Yesterday i let my mom turn it on for facebook and it seems like it work fine until i open a different browser to play a game in facebook but it won't load and instead went a hung(not responding).
Something pops out saying i need to backup my disk because they found error in it. The same thing has been pops out since day before i kept exiting it but my laptop just seem to workout fine. So i close everything and restarted my laptop. But when i turned it on a blank screen with white fonts says One of my disks has errors, it needs to check but instead of numbers counting down, it said "failed to check" the disk. After that it went to login and i succesfully logged on but it seems to load slower, and a 'tick' sound came out from the laptop. After about 5-10 minutes the screen went blank-dark with only cursor i can freely move. I pressed windows homebutton, nothing happened. I tried ctrl-alt-del it loads the usual screen with the shut down button, change user, etc. i chose task manager and it worked. Appear on top of the blank screen. Still loading slow. I tried 'new task' from task manager and tried to check disk manually but nothing happened except the 'tick tick' sound.
oh, i've tried startup repair and restore system image but not worked. I kept restarting it but still the same problem.
Please help!!!!
